Product Received with Missing Parts, Damaged, or Is Defective
Should you receive product that is missing parts, damaged or defective please contact us immediately (within 3 days of your item being delivered) at 1-760-787-5770. We will file a damage report with the shipping company, if applicable and make arrangements to resolve the issue. All damage/defective items MUST be documented with photos of the problem (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company if the product is damaged) and emailed to us at debra95355@aol.com - within 3 days of delivery.
